EL IMPACTO EN LA GESTIÓN DE ORGANIZACIONES, CON EL USO DE HERRAMIENTAS TECNOLÓGICAS
Abstract
This document aims to review some aspects that arise in the development
of the processes of linking human talent to organizations and
how the support of technology in the administrative processes for
selection and contracting, provides tools that seek to minimize the
risks in the delegation of Responsibilities and optimize the financial
results of organizations. Technology in essence is more than a computerized
relationship and viewed from the language of business,
involves an adequate administration, a clear definition of strategic
processes from the conception of the idea, the implementation and
the analysis of its implications in all Areas of organizations.
